Nanaimo Disability Resource Centre requires a volunteer to greet walk-in clients, answer phones, take messages, provide information/referrals and process Parking Permit applications. This position is for 4 hours/week; due to the training required, a time commitment of 6 months is required. All training is provided, and there will be a support staff nearby for help. This volunteer must speak English fluently, have the ability to multi-task, answer phones, and have basic computer knowledge.
