We are seeking Volunteer Tutors who are skilled and experienced to offer support to students who require extra help with their studies. The time commitment is approximately one hour per week. Tutors provide one-on-one support to students in all programs offered by Vancouver Island University including Adult Basic Education, Literacy, English as a Second Language, Trades and University courses. You need to be enthusiastic, patient, flexible, open-minded, compassionate and encouraging. Training will be provided.
