We are looking for a volunteer who is available 1-2 times per week between the hours of 9-4 Monday to Friday to tend to vegetable and flower gardens at the Bendictines of Nanaimo Monastery. You need to be able to identify weeds from plants/flowers, physical ability to spend time on the ground pulling weeds, able to use garden tools and the ability to carry weeds to the compost.
