We are looking for directors who will be committed to the Mission and Values of the organization, has knowledge and skills in one or more areas of Board Governance, policy, finance, medical, legal, child and youth rehabilitation programs, fund development and parenting experience with children and youth with diverse abilities. You must be willing to serve on committees and actively participate in the work required, attend monthly Board meetings, a time commitment of 5 hours per month and attendance at the annual General meeting. You must be aware and abstain from any conflict of interest. You must have a RCMP security check which will be paid for by the agency.
