Nanaimo Innovation Foundation is seeking Community Board Members. Their volunteer Board of Directors work to oversee governance, finances, and support fundraising initiatives. There are typically 5-6 Board members (but they must have 3 to run the daycare). Board members attend monthly board meetings and receive weekly emails, spend about 4-5 hours a month supporting the daycare in a variety of ways. A Criminal Record Check is required and is paid for by the agency. Previous experience serving on a Board would be welcome.
