NANAIMO FAMILY HISTORY SOCIETY – Board and Committee Members

The Nanaimo Family History Society (NFHS) seeks individuals with an interest in genealogy and family history to serve on the Executive board of their organization. They seek volunteers who have abilities or interests in financial, governance, communications, newsletter editing, procurement of speakers for monthly meetings or project planning. The executive meets once a month from September to June. General meetings with a speaker are held monthly during the same period. Volunteers are required to become a member of the society, attend monthly board meetings, be involved in one of the committees, and to attend the general meetings.
