Relief Receptionists
Volunteer Nanaimo is seeking relief receptionists. A relief receptionist would be coming in to cover shifts for our regular receptionists due to illness or vacation time. Usually, we would know ahead of time, and would ask you to come in with a week or more of notice, but occasionally, we would call you on short notice. Our regular shifts are Monday to Thursday from 9AM to 3PM, but as a relief receptionist, you would NOT be covering all these shifts, only when we need you. A patient and organized person is required and a sense of humour is a must! Previous office or reception experience would be helpful; you would be answering our phones, booking tax appointments and checking Gmail.
