Nanaimo Disability Resource Centre require a volunteer to greet walk-in clients, answer phones, take messages and process Parking Permit applications. This position is for 3 hours per week from 9AM to 12:30PM or 12:30 – 3:30PM; Wednesday AM shift preferred. Due to the training required, a time commitment of 6 months is required.
All training is provided, and there will be support staff nearby for help. This volunteer must speak English fluently, have the ability to multi-task, answer phones and have basic computer knowledge. Office experience is preferred but not essential.
