Nanaimo Science provides science outreach and education opportunities for children and their families. They are looking for volunteer help twice a month for various programs. This volunteer would be working in the Nanaimo Science studio in Country Club Centre during the Wednesday afternoon Lego Club from 3:00 to 4:30 PM and would be directed by Nanaimo Science staff members. Lego Club is a busy time and can be a noisy environment. This volunteer would be preparing crafting material, laminating print outs, helping to tidy and put away supplies, and more.
